What Should the Future HR Function Look Like?
A recurring theme across multiple M1 discussions was that the HR function itself is undergoing significant transformation. Members discussed shared services redesign, AI-enabled employee support, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent intelligence, leadership coaching, and the changing expectations of HR business partners. Many leaders are reevaluating what work should remain human-led and what can be automated.
